Saying "Sorry" is always associated with something bad happened that shouldn't be done! Ignoring the fact that Good Life is full of bad things/days. 

I used to find saying "Sorry" terrifying because I will always show up the weak part of the relationship or the incompetent in what I'm doing or supposed to do. 

Think of it in this way....If I don't want to say "Sorry", then what I would say instead?...then you can state your thing lightly and you won't be afraid or having challenge of saying "Sorry". 

What matters to you is worth reflecting upon than giving your assumption room to play dirty games against you...
